Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, Leishan – consist of a dozen hillside villages, it is the largest Miao Village in China and beyond. An open-air museum of China’s Miao ethnic group, the village is the best place to learn Miao people’s turbulent history, mysterious and profound culture, as well as the traditional customs, festivals and handicraft art.
Baiku (White Trousers) Yao Village – here Baiku Yao people have been dedicated to keeping and honoring the nation’s culture and traditions for thousands of years, thus they are considered the ‘living fossil of human civilization’.
Maolan Forest Reserve – within Libo Country, Maolan was entered the list of international biosphere reserves by UNESCO IN 1996.
